Welcome to my ultimate dining guide for Carnival Cruise Line’s exclusive destination, Celebration Key—your one-stop resource to help you maximize your Island Eats credit.
We’ve meticulously curated menus from every restaurant to help you know exactly where to go, what to order, and how to enjoy your meal(s) at Celebration Key.
Paradise Plaza at Carnival’s Celebration Key is the entry portal, featuring Caribbean music, colorful pathways, and the towering 10‑story Suncastle—the world’s largest sandcastle—with observation decks and racing slides. It serves as a welcome point, photo opportunity and guest services center, where you can book excursions, reserve cabanas, or you can visit one of the 2 food and beverage options here; Suncastle Grounds Coffee or Yumshine Scoops Ice Cream. Neither location is included with your Island Eats credit so you will need to pay a la carte for any items here.
Suncastle Grounds is the island’s dedicated coffee shop, perfect for a morning boost or an afternoon pick‑me‑up.
Yumshine Scoops is the island’s go‑to spot for classic ice cream flavors alongside tropical-inspired creations.
This portal is a vibrant, family-friendly destination featuring Starfish Beach alongside the Caribbean’s largest freshwater lagoon. Complimentary loungers and umbrellas available on a first-come, first served basis or you can upgrade your experience with cabanas, villas or AquaBanas. In this portal you have 3 dining options:
Captain’s Galley Food Hall, Starfish Lagoon Food Trucks and Gill’s Grill.
Located in the middle of Starfish Lagoon is The Captain’s Galley Food Hall, a large food court with five stations:
Burgers & More serves burgers, hot dogs, and Caesar salads.
Chicken & More specializes in chicken fingers and sandwiches.
Pizza offers personal pies.
Taco & Burrito Bowl is similar to Blue Iguana Cantina.
Mediterranean Flavors lets you build-your-own salad or wrap.
At the far end of Starfish Lagoon, four food trucks offer unique menu items, making it my top pick for using your Island Eats.
Streatery Sushiva includes an Orange Chicken Roll or Crazy California Roll with your island eats credit, while Seaside Shack, offers cheesesteaks and chicken tenders.
Grand Bahama Taco Co. features unique items like jerk chicken tacos and quesadillas. For a sweet, sharable treat, you can use your Island Eats credit for 4 mini doughnuts and shaved ice at Mini Donut King.
Gill’s Grill is the only full-service restaurant in this portal. The menu features Caribbean-style seafood and here, you can redeem your Island Eats credit for 25% off one entrée.
This portal was designed for guests seeking a lively, resort-style experience. Set within the Caribbean’s largest freshwater lagoon, DJ Island features live DJ’s spinning energetic island beats, creating the atmosphere that defines Calypso Lagoon. Complimentary loungers and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first served basis or you can upgrade your experience with daybeds, cabanas, or villas. Calypso Lagoon serves up a variety of dining options including 4 Food Trucks and 2 full-service Dining Options.
At the back of the portal, you’ll find 4 unique food trucks.
Seaside Burgers & Dogs serves up classic burgers, hot dogs, and fries.
Calypso Chicken is where you’ll find the signature Bahamian Fried Hot Chicken Sandwich alongside Cheesesteaks and chicken tenders.
The menu at Flippin Fritters features both sweet and savory options with your choice of dipping sauce.
At Fowl Play you’ll find chicken wings drenched in your choice of sauce. They also offer loaded nachos and fries.
There are 2 full-service restaurants where you can redeem your island eats credit for 25% off one entrée:
Mingo’s Tropical Bar & Kitchen serves island flavors like Jerk chicken and coconut shrimp.
Surf N’ Sauce BBQ & Brews specializes in smoked meats and local beer.
Pearl Cove Beach Club is Celebration Key’s paid access adults-only area with upscale amenities, gourmet dining, and a strict 250-guest limit to ensure a relaxed, crowd-free experience. Pearl Cove offers three access tiers:
BASIC includes reserved loungers with private beach and pool access with food and drinks available à la carte.
OPEN BAR is everything that comes with the basic entry and includes up to 10 cocktails.
And ALL INCLUSIVE adds a multi-course lunch at Pearl Cove Restaurant, the full-service venue that serves gourmet seafood, sushi, premium entrées, and decadent desserts. It’s not included in the Island Eats program, so complimentary meals are reserved for All-Inclusive guests only. Those with Basic Entry or Open Bar passes can order from the à la carte menu.
